Christmas last posting dates and shut down

UK DELIVERY

Last day to order with Standard Delivery is midnight Sunday  17th December

Last day to order with Next Day Delivery is 12pm Wednesday 20th  December

Unfortunately any orders that are now placed for International Delivery cannot be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery.

We will also be having our annual closure between 5pm 22nd December, and re-open at 8.30am Tuesday 2nd January 2018.

During this time the website will remain open to accept orders, but please note that no orders will sent out until our return in January.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery – £1.75
Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri).

Express (Next Day) Delivery
All UK orders – £5.95

Orders placed before 1pm will arrive the following working day before 5.30pm
Please note orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Free Delivery (UK Mainland only)

Orders over £30 will qualify for free Standard Delivery.

International Delivery
Delivery costs are worked out by the weight of your order. You will be able to get a quote once you have entered items into your shopping basket.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal variation. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us immediately. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging (plus the cost incurred in returning it, if supported with proof of postage and cost), if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice (including a copy of the original invoice) to:

Due to the nature of the goods, returns or exchanges are not available unless the product is damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
